My Current Projects
This community retreat is a curated offering of somatic movement practices. This co-created container weaves together the magic of water therapy, participatory music, dance, ritual, grief work, and expansive nature. We will co-create a container for expression, somatic exploration, aquatic investigation and healing. Come float with us!
